30 Days Core Stability Programme

Topic 1: Happy Spine

In daily life, we tend to forget to move our spine. As a result, the spine becomes stiffer and loses flexibility.

A stiff or misaligned spine also affects areas beyond the spine.

Chiropractors even claim the health of your spine has an effect on the health of your organs, because there are nerve endings or nerves that connect everything together. This would then account for the claim that you are young when your spine is flexible.

Topic 2: Core stability/ Deep stretching

Deep stretching makes muscles flexible, strong and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a wide range of exercises. movement in the joints. Without it, the muscles shorten and become tense. Then, when you need the muscles to work and move, they become weak and can’t stretch to their full extent. That puts you at risk for joint pain, muscle strain, and muscle damage.
Core stability
The importance of the core is related to its function, i.e. avoiding excessive load on the spine and transferring forces from the lower body to the upper body and vice versa.

Having a strong, stable core helps us prevent injury and allows us to function at our best. Maintain and stabilize spine health.
